Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 31, 2026

This notice explains what data we collect when you write to us, request grapes, or book a visit, why we collect it, and what rights you have. It applies to every form on this site.

1. Data controller

Podere SalvaFiore, Località Farnesiana, Tarquinia (VT), Italy. For any question about this notice or your data, write to poderesalvafiore@gmail.com or call +39 348 704 5484.

2. What data we collect

Only what you enter in our forms: name, email, phone (required for grape requests and appointments, so we can call you), the content of your message or request (grape type and quantity, desired period) and, for appointments, the date and time you choose. We don't collect any other personal data and we don't acquire it from third parties.

3. Why we collect it

Only to respond to your request: to handle a grape purchase request, to arrange a visit to the estate, or to reply if you write to us via the contact form. We never use your data for marketing without a separate, explicit consent.

4. Legal basis

Your explicit consent, given by checking the dedicated box before submitting each form. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.

5. Who processes your data

Your data stays between us and the technical providers that run the site: Supabase (database, EU-hosted) to store requests and appointments, Resend to send confirmation emails, Google Calendar to manage appointment scheduling. None of these providers use your data for their own purposes.

6. How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your request or appointment, plus any time required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see the next point.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your data, or to object to its processing. Just write to poderesalvafiore@gmail.com — we'll reply as soon as possible.

8. Cookies

This site uses only the technical cookies strictly necessary for it to work — no profiling or advertising cookies. The map on the Contact page (OpenStreetMap) only loads if you explicitly click "Load the map": nothing is requested from that external service before then.

9. Changes to this notice

If we update this notice, we'll publish the new version on this page with the update date at the top.
