Our production
From harvest to delivery, every stage follows methods that respect the vineyard and the quality of the grapes.
Harvest
Harvest takes place between late August and September, when the grapes reach the right balance of sugar and acidity. Picking is still done largely by hand, cluster by cluster.
Processing
Once picked, the grapes are sorted and processed quickly, to preserve their freshness and quality.
Selection
Every batch is checked and sorted by variety and destination, to guarantee consistent quality and uniformity.
Delivery
Delivery closes the cycle: the selected grapes are handed over to the cooperatives and clients who choose them, ready for the next stage of the supply chain.
