Vitis vinifera

Procanico is a white-berried biotype related to Trebbiano Toscano, common between Tuscany and Umbria. It has loose, golden clusters and delicate aromas that make it an elegant grape. It ripens in September and suits the area's hillside soils well, yielding fruit versatile enough for both wine and the table.

Trebbiano is one of the most widely grown white varieties in central Italy, and it has been part of our harvest since the estate's early years. It has large clusters, a generous yield and a crisp, lively acidity. It ripens in September and suits our local soils well, yielding fruit versatile enough for both wine and the table.
